He is survived by: his children, Fletcher, Jr. Torbert (Emma) of Phenix City, AL, Ricky Torbert (Gwendolyn) of Phenix City, AL, Vivian Diane McCulloh (George C.) of Phenix City, AL and Gloria Diane Perry (Bruce) of Smiths Station, AL.; and his siblings-in-law, Nathaniel Tolbert (Bernice) of Tuskegee, AL, Clara Foster of Tuskegee, AL and Margie Tolbert of Shorter, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
