She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosea Jackson, Sr. and Jensie Lee Jackson; her siblings, Joe Lee Jackson, James Jackson, Sr., Hosea Jackson, Jr., Jessie Mae Jackson-Denson, Mattie Jackson Williams, Annie Lee Jackson and Bertha Mae Jackson; and her children, Julia Thomas Persons and Eddie Lee Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Willie Lee Thomas, Jr. (May), Betty Ann Quarles, Mary Louise Thomas and Vera Lois Franklin; and her siblings, Willie Lee Jackson, Sr. (Katie) and Ruby Jackson-Henry (Wonder). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shady Grove Baptist Church.
