He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Colon Singleton and Pauline Langston Singleton; his wife Mary Nell Austin Singleton; his siblings, Geneva S. Owens, Elizabeth Taylor, Roy Singleton and Lonnie Singleton; and his son-in-law William Clarke Bradley, III.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond L. Singelton (Cindy), Barbara Marie Singleton Bradley, Linda Gail Shellnut (Michael Todd), Brenda M. Phillips (John) and Penny D. Holley (Dave); his siblings, Edna Krauthamer and Carlton Singleton; his grandchildren, Christopher (Kerri), Laura, Stephen (Janessa), Dustin, Abbie (Mikey), Breanna, Austin (Moe) and Brandon (Georgia); and his great grandchildren, William, Ryan, Shawn, Paislee, Addy, Michael and Otto.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home - Phenix City (3738 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36867).
