He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Jefferson Harper, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Parsons Harper; and his siblings, Lewis Jefferson Harper, Jr. (Judy), James Harper (Gina) and Vickie Wynn (Lamar). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
