He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Leroy Mitchell (Rosemary) and Elaine Moore (Doug). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wentz Mitchell; and his children, Dean Lee Mitchell Jr., Star Marie Mitchell (Russell), Rose Marie King (Charles), Kelly Cook (Justin) and Adam Cook (Brandy). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and friends.
