He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Hedden and Mary Hedden; his wife Janet Hedden; his daughters, Sarah Hedden and Teresa Watford; and his brothers, Paul Hedden and Edgar Hedden.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Valerie Williams (James) and Michael Watford (Savanah); his children, Michelle Watford, Rebecca Parker, David Wayne Hedden, Jr. and Rudolph Hedden; his siblings, Shirley Hedden, Bill Hedden, Curtis Hedden and Calvin Hedden; his great grandchildren, Kynsli, Leiland, Kaidyn and Brayden; and his extended family Firestone. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
