He is survived by: his mother Virginia Hayes Phillips of Dothan, AL; his wife Genene Wynn Phillips of Phenix City, AL; his grandson Landon Phillips; his brothers-in-law, Charles Wynn (Tamyra) and Lamar Wynn (Gail); and his brother Johnny Phillips of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many caring friends.
