As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Clara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Brown, Sr. and Gussie Johnson Brown; and her granddaughter Sequoia Curtis. She is survived by: her children, Willie Joe Brown (Edna) of Pittsview, AL, John Brown (Cassandra) of Columbus, GA, Marianne Cunningham of Northwest Concord, NC, Anne Marie Alfred (Jimmie) of Phenix City, AL., Jacqueline Curtis of Phenix City, AL. and Julia Hill (Dante) of Phenix City, AL.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
