She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Banks and Catherine Banks; her husband John F. "Rick" Jacquin; her son Kirby Dollar, Jr.; her granddaughter Amber Taylor; and her brother Ray Banks.
She is survived by: her children, Cyndi Henderson (John), Carol Hasson (Michael) and Kenneth Dollar (Stephanie); her brothers, William Banks and Michael Banks; and her grandchildren, James Henderson (Naomi), Quincy Henderson, CJ Cotton (Pahola), Michael Hasson Jr., Gage Dollar (Haley), David Ancona, Zoe Dollar, Shelbi Lopretto (Adam) and Hailee Watson. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many very special nieces, nephews, extended family, and caring friends.
