He is survived by: his wife Kristie Crouch; his parents, Ronnie Crouch and Gayle Chittam Crouch; his siblings, James Keith Crouch and Rebecca Crystal; his sons, Jesse Randolph Crouch (Aleksandra), Jacob Allen Crouch (Elizabeth) and Justin Ray Crouch (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Kenneth Bradley Crouch, Anastasia Janice Crouch, Sofia Niks Crouch, Eliana Elizabeth Crouch, Scarlett Lynn Crouch and Golden Rae Crouch; and also Kristina Lamb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, countless friends.
