She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Clyde Crockett and Gracie Virginia Byrd Gregory; her husband Cody Kirkland; and her brother Ronald Gregory. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Taylor of Smiths Station, AL and Tracie Starr (Buck) of Auburn, AL; her grandchildren, Dudley Taylor (Brett), Pennie Ranew (Zach), Anna Lynn Starr, Abbie Starr and Allie Starr; her great grandchild Tate Ranew; her nephew James "Bubba" Kirkland (Merry); and her caregiver Daisy Mae Tate. She is also survived by several extended family and friends.
