He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles N. Norris and Mamie Skipper Norris; his wife Elsie Inez Norris; and his siblings, Alonza Norris, Seth Norris, Maggie Mae Randall Blackburn and Annie Pearl Faust.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Head (Jerry) of Phenix City, AL and Bill Norris (Merita) of Phenix City, AL; and his granddaughters, Jennifer Head Williams (Joey), Melanie Head Johnson (Cary), Beth Norris Hedges (Gabe) and Amanda Norris Owens (Heath). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
