She is survived by: her husband John Monfort; her son Don Simmons (Sarah); her grandchildren, Gryphon Gomez, Kaitlyn Gomez, Brianna Simmons, Erin Simmons and Lyndsey Wages (Jake); her great grandchildren, Macie Wages, Oakley Wages and Oliver Reece Simmons; her nieces and nephews, Ericka Stephens (Johnathan), Lori Morgan, Gwen Disney, Ally Monfort, Frederick Michel (Tera), Jeffery Stewart, Kristoffer Monfort and Rob Monfort; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Monfort, Jimmy Monfort (Robbie) and Emily Everett.
