He is survived by: his children, Rocky Leon Welch of Perido, AL, Christopher Welch of Perdido, AL, Kayla Elizabeth Welch of DeFuniak Springs, FL and Joshua Welch of Perdido, AL; his father Reverend Joe Edward; his stepmother Wilma Welch of Bay Minette, AL; his sisters, Rhonda Faye Dickerson (Craig) of Silverhill, AL, Lisa Michelle Tyree (Dennis) of Perdido, AL and Theresa Lynn Stewart (George) of Pigeon Forge, TN; his stepsiblings, Tonia Lynn Hicks of Bay Minette, AL and Tony Randell Hicks of Mobile, AL; and his grandmother Evie T. Welch of Perdido, AL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
