He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Leigh Smith Miller; his brother Jeffrey L. Miller; his grandson Brady Bryars; his stepson Christopher Hunt; and his parents, Leslie Gilbert and Ollie Reid Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica R. M. Brown (Ernie) of Bay Minette, AL and Leslie D. M. Perkins (Layton) of Perdido, AL; his siblings, Donnie Miller of Mobile, AL, Eddie Miller of Mobile, AL and Debbie Miller Lavinskey (Bruce) of Robertsdale, AL; and his grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Trevor Brown, Thomas Bryars, Megan Hunt, Ambert Hunt, Elizabeth Hunt, Haleigh Hunt, Layton Perkins, Jr., Remley Langford, Mason Kelly, Cory Kelly and Donald Hunt (Cecelia). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
