We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2024, at the age of 64, Mortie Geron Miller of Perdido, Alabama, born in Mobile, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Leigh Smith Miller; his brother Jeffrey L. Miller; his grandson Brady Bryars; his stepson Christopher Hunt; and his parents, Leslie Gilbert and Ollie Reid Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica R. M. Brown (Ernie) of Bay Minette, AL and Leslie D. M. Perkins (Layton) of Perdido, AL; his siblings, Donnie Miller of Mobile, AL, Eddie Miller of Mobile, AL and Debbie Miller Lavinskey (Bruce) of Robertsdale, AL; and his grandchildren, Tyler Brown, Trevor Brown, Thomas Bryars, Megan Hunt, Ambert Hunt, Elizabeth Hunt, Haleigh Hunt, Layton Perkins, Jr., Remley Langford, Mason Kelly, Cory Kelly and Donald Hunt (Cecelia). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Brown Cemetery.
