He was predeceased by: his parents, Shadrac Lowery and Ella Mae Lowery; his wife Thelma James Lowery of Pennington, AL; and his son Wayne Lowery of Hazlehurst, MS.. He is survived by: his son William Lowery of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
