He is survived by: his wife Sharron Johnson; his sons, David Johnson (Cathy) and Chris Johnson (Connie); his stepdaughters, Brigitte DuBose (JJ), Shelly Hopson (Lance), Cassie Cook (Alan) and Christie Roberts (Cleston); his grandchildren, Brent Hopson (Megan), Chasity Ramsey, Trey DuBose, Andrew Hopson (Caitlen), Connor DuBose, Luke Perry, Sarah DuBose, Abigail Kirby (John Leach), Madalyn Roberts, Colton Roberts, Savanna Cosby (Nick), Spencer Johnson and Brooke Aragon (Rico); and his great grandchildren, Rhett, Rowan, Layla, Aiden, Lily, Tanner, Lanie, Jax and Ana.

Memorials may be given to the Building Fund of First Baptist Church Pell City, AL or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
