He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Applegate and Anna Applegate; his sister Dixie Adams Lambert; and his great grandchild Adam Hurst. He is survived by: his wife Toni Applegate; his daughters, Tammi Cribbs and Tonya Tomlin (Brent); his grandchildren, Meghan Smith (Adam), Cody Kimberly (Holly), Walker Tomlin and Ryan Tomlin; his great grandchildren, Max Smith and Jackson Smith; and his close friends, Charlie Wolfe, Mike Fisher and Keith Kimberly.
