He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Celeste Gaither; and his brother Kevin Wayne Gaither. He is survived by: his significant other Kord Evans; his father Erie Blake Gaither; his brother Mark Gaither (Deborah); his nephew Terry Joseph Gaither; his niece Serra Gaither (Tiffaney); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Hannah, Breanna, Fisher, Lakelyn, Madden and Lainey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
