He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Joe and Hazel Castleberry; and his brothers, Michael Castleberry and Jeff Castleberry. He is survived by: his wife Patti Castleberry; his sons, Mason Castleberry (Matti) and Logan Castleberry; his siblings, Alecia Threatt, Tammy Truss (Tyrone), Johnny Joe Castleberry, Jr., Kenneth Castleberry and Steven Castleberry; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Vincent (Arthur) and Vicki Newton (Duncan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
