He is survived by: his wife Janice Tinney; his son Jason Tinney; his grandchildren, Brandon Tinney (Marisa), Robert Tinney and Amber Tinney; his great grandchild Ryker Tinney; his brother Brian Tinney (Teneshia); and his nephew Jalen Tinney.
