He was predeceased by: his wife Angela Burnham; his son Sean Burnham; and his parents, Noah Burnham and Faye Burnham. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Morris (Jon), Joey Burnham (Lori) and Slone Burnham (Christy); his siblings, Darleen Wooten (Jim) and Gene Burnham (Melody); and his sister-in-law Francis Smith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and many friends.
