She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Curtis Cook, Monte and Annette Luna. She is survived by: her husband Jason Dowling; her son Brantley Cook; her parents, Ken Cook and Theresa Cook; her brothers, Shane Cook (Autumn) and Kevin Cook (Kayla); her grandmother Virginia Cook; and her cousins, Shannon Eckman and Elizabeth Patterson.
