We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2021, Melba Theoria Allen in Pell City, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Richard Allen; and her brothers, Raymond, Aubrey and R. D. Watson. She is survived by: her sons, James Richard Allen, Jr. (Carole) and Aubrey Floyd Allen (JoAnna). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Greensport Baptist Church.
