He was predeceased by: his sister Beth Chapman (Melissa). He is survived by: his wife Jenny Chapman; his children, James Chapman (Ioma) and Kathy Treadwell (Patrick); his brothers, Jan Chapman (Sharon), Ken Chapman (Rhonda) and Melvin Chapman (Judy); and his grandchildren, Will Treadwell, Christie Smith and Marcus Brasher. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
