She is survived by: her sons, Barry Lackey (Linda) and Floyd Richard Lackey (Elaine); her grandchildren, Amber, Crystal, Micheal, David, Stephen, Chris and Brian; her great grandchildren, Austin, Ashton, Amelia, Abbi, Emily, Brady, Scott, Shawn, Emma, Easton, Victoria, Olivia, Jackson, Carsen, Carleigh, Jaylon, Ryker, Miracle, Brooke, Samantha and Braxton; and her brothers, Dale Newsome (Kim) and Joe Larry Newsome (Linda).
