He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Lavern Hulsey; his son Bernie Detlaf Hulsey; and his grandson Dustin Hulsey. He is survived by: his daughters, Regina Lee Alexander (David) and Jeanne Marie Williams (Randal); his grandchild Kathryn Samantha Alexander of Reese Williams; and his great grandchild Victor Alexander.
