He is survived by: his son Johnny Calvin (Jamye); his granddaughter Kelcey King; his great grandchildren, Kyler King and Ryley King; his siblings, Beverly Bolz, Joe Calvin, George Calvin, Charlie Calvin and Walter Calvin; and his niece Michelle Blow.
