He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr and Bernice Hall Sr; his brother Ralph Jr; his wife Shirley Ann; and his daughter Lisa Norton.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly St John (Bill) of Pell City and David Norton of San Antonio; his sisters, Beverly Shelton (Larry) of Virginia and Sara Murray (Steve) of Opelika; and his grandchildren, Brittney St John, Anna St John and Christopher Norton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
