He is survived by: his children, Jack, Jr. (Sonya) and Jill Beth Larson (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brent Cleveland, Taylor Baum (Mark), Leah Collins (Drew) and Scott Ratliff; his great grandchildren, Molly, Luke, Julietta Cleveland, Whit and Iris Baum; and his sisters, Anne Findley (Buck), Becky Hopkins (Jimmy), Vickie Miller (Alan) and Debbie Rohr (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
