He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rich Gaines; his children, Alicia Andrews (John), Kimberly Bodiford, Bridget Ham (Brandon) and Derick Bodiford (Robin); and his sister Donna Lazore (Matt). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
