He was predeceased by: his mother Jannie Smith; his close friend Amanda Hammac; his great-aunt Ruth Manning; and his great-uncle Bradford Smith. He is survived by: his father Frankie Smith; his children, Bradford Lane and Kaileigh Smith; his siblings, Shelby Bullard (Jeffery), Brittney Smith and Aaron Webber; and his grandparents, Dennis, Shirley McCrory and Barbara Rush. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that Christmas donations be made to Bubba's children.
