Maddox (Susan) and Jackie D. Maddox (Tina); and her grandchildren, Sheri Atchley, Kristi Koons, Jeremy Maddox, Kim Cox and DeOwen Maddox. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
