She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Vardaman; her parents, Andy Barber and Lilar Barber; and her granddaughter Bailey Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Smith and Martha Flowers; her grandchildren, Scott Smith (April), Tim Flowers (Tina), Lesley McMichael (Billy) and Jennifer Sigafoo (Joey); and her sister Betty Huckabee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City (21271 US-231, Pell City, AL 35125). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
