He was predeceased by: his grandson Barry Eugene Phillips Jr.; and his parents, Allen Stallings and JoAnn Stallings. He is survived by: his wife Norma Stallings; his children, Kevin Stallings (Erica Thompkins), Barry Phillips (Pippa Crowe), Marcus Phillips (Angel) and Wanda Swann; his grandchild Heaven Stallings (Randall Clarke); his great grandchild Bellamy Clarke; and his siblings, Gene Stallings, Michael Stallings and Wanda Lowe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
