He is survived by: his wife Mary Dale Gaines; his daughters, Melissa Arlene Gaines (Steven Craig Hare) and Teresa Darlene Daley; his grandson Dalton James Daley (Melody Ashly Daley); his great grandchild Darwin James Daley; and his siblings, Richard Gaines (Marilyn Gaines) and Lois Seymore.
