She is survived by: her husband James Maddox; her children, Diane Maddox Masters, Karen Maddox Fulghum (Chad) and Darrell Maddox (Kayla); and her grandchildren, Christopher Masters, Michael, Brayden, Savannah and Robert Maddox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
