He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mathern Denard and Rosa Moxley Denard; his daughter Tracy Cline; his brothers, Edward Denard and Mathern Denard; and his former wife Virginia Bock Denard.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Scott Denard; his children, Wayne Denard (Robin), Carla Eason (Duane), Rebecca Bittle (Paul), Jeanette Berry (Todd) and Parys Scott; his grandchildren, Joshua Denard (Caitlyn), Jared Denard (Sara), Stephanie Myers (Chandler), Stephen Eason (Emily), Kristen Dunagan (Colley), Hannah Bittle, Jenna Berry, Kylie Berry and Taylor Cline; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Wells Denard, Sam, Collier, Cara Myers, Adalyn Dunagan and Luke Denard; and his siblings, Elease Johns, Lane Denard (Christine), Donald Denard (Martha) and Tommy Denard.
