He was predeceased by: his parents, B. C. Shirley and Chrystle Shirley; his brother Clinton Shirley; and his son Billy Randall Shirley. He is survived by: his son Calvin C. Shirley; and his siblings, Rita Eyer (Jackie), Ann Marcrum, Affer Frances Campbell (Laird) and Charles Shirley. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and several nieces.
