He was predeceased by: his father Jarvis Worth Palmer (Jay). He is survived by: his wife Leslie Haynes; his mother Patricia Alexander Palmer; his sister Alexandria Palmer Parker (Richard); his niece Lea Parker; and his nephew James Parker.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
