He is survived by: his parents, John Capuano and Vicky Capuano; his sons, Rylan Capuano and Brayden Capuano; his brothers, Adam Capuano (Amanda), Joseph Capuano (Katie), Skylar Capuano (Megan) and Brent Baldwin (Michelle); and his grandmother Gail Reed. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
