She is survived by: her son Brian Fowler (Sam); her stepsons, Bryan Richvalsky (Marie) and Charles Richvalsky; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Mullins, Tiffany Richvalsky and Aaron Richvalsky; her great grandchild Riley Richvalsky; and her siblings, Thomas Ainsworth, Carol Helm, Nellie Holcombe and Susan Renn.
