With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anneli V. Dotson (Pell City, Alabama), who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anneli V. Dotson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Dotson; her sister Hikka Ahokas; and her stepchildren, Lolete Dotson Little, Margaret Dotson Church and John Dotson.

She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Ruth Dotson Beeler of Cleveland, TN, Betty Dotson Messick of Atlanta, GA, Grace Dotson Warren Webster of Forest City, NC and Joy Dotson Potter of Woodstock, GA; and her niece Raija Reittamo of Finland. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you honor Anneli's passion for missions by donating to Lottie Moon International Missions, https://www.imb.org or by mail to the First Baptist Church of Pell City, 2309 2nd Avenue North, Pell City, AL 35125; designate "Lottie Moon" and "In Memoriam of Anneli Dotson.".

“With Mrs Dotson’s passing we are share a little sadness but we can all share great joy in knowing that she is rejoicing in the presents of her Holy Father with Mr Dotson and other love ones at her side. She was truly a great lady and true friend. We only cry for ourselves because anymore that knew her knew that she had prayed for many years to go be with her Heavenly Father and now HE has answered her prayers. GOD BLESSING. Ken Boster”
