He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Watson and Frances Watson. He is survived by: his wife Carole B. Watson; his daughters, Sheri W. Mason (James) and Ginger W. Morris (Chris); his grandchildren, Matthew Motley, James Mason, Jr., Steven Morris and Thomas Mason; his great grandchildren, Brady, Edwin and Mary Watkins; and his sister Charlotte W. Burdette.
