He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Maude Bailey MacQueen and Robin Bruce MacQueen; his brother John Bruce MacQueen; and his grandparents, Edna Randall Bailey, Cecil C. Bailey, Gladys MacQueen McElvain and James William MacQueen, MD.
He is survived by: his sister Helen MacQueen of Seattle; his sister-in-law Verna MacQueen of Alabaster; his nephew Ian MacQueen (Ashlyn); and also Evelynn of Calera. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
