He is survived by: his wife Joan Spader Riosa; his children, Michelle Riosa Reis (Mitch) and Michael Riosa (Krista); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Bella, Baker Stephens, Madeline and Michael Riosa.

In lieu of flowers, his passion was The Foundry and Disabled Veterans.
