She was predeceased by: her brother James Peter Duffy. She is survived by: her husband Edward Stanley Traczyk; her children, Lisa Anne Traczyk, Karin Anne Tsokatos and Edward Michael Traczyk; her grandchildren, Allison Traczyk, Cole Tsokatos and Mitchell Tsokatos; and her nieces, Meghan Duffy Sisk, Erin Duffy and Tricia Duffy.

A special celebration of Mrs. Traczyk's life has been postponed due to COVID-19.
