He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman R. Brasher and Jewel Brasher; and his brother-in-law Doug Gardner. He is survived by: his sister Joy Brasher Gardner; his niece Faith Madison Gardner; and his cousin Angie McGuire. He is also survived by other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
