He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Farmer and Jane Farmer; his former wife Patricia Farmer; his wife Sallie Farmer; his brother Jim Farmer; and his son John Farmer.

He is survived by: his daughter Susan Sulzby; his daughter-in-law Shannon Davis (Michael); and his grandchildren, Jessica Newton (Kolby), Katie Farmer (Colby), Loyd Farmer (Reagan) and Kevin Davis. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
