He was predeceased by: his father Dallas Lee Sarvaunt; his sister Cynthia Karen Chambers; his brother-in-law Jay Dee Chambers; and his nephew Cody James Dean. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Faye Sarvaunt; his wife Dorothy C. Sarvaunt; his sons, Corey Allen and Devin Lee (Emily Grace Sarvaunt); and his sister Connie Sarvaunt Dean (Jimmy Ellis Dean).
